Hypercare can have many members added to an organization. In that time those member can be part of many private conversations and group chats. In addition, those members can be an admin of a chat group, a department or even an org admin. By default, org admins can remove any member from an organization which includes other org admins.
What to Expect:
- Removed members will no longer be able to access their account
- Removed members will automatically be removed from all participating group chats
- A message in each group chat that the removed member was part of will identify that the member left the chat
- If the removed member was the admin of a group chat then a new user will become the group admin
- Removed members private conversations with active users will show that the user has left the chat and no input field will be visible
Effects on Scheduling:
- If an active member is scheduled to be on-call at any point in the future then a warning will appear notifying the admin that if removed gaps will appear on the on-call schedule
- If the member is set to be removed in the future using an effective date and is scheduled to a shift after the effective date then a warning will appear to notify the admin
- After the admin confirms the warning then each of the shifts filled by the removed member will become vacant
- As a result, a notification will be sent to all admins that there are gaps in the current, and future, on-call schedules
