To set up directory synchronization, follow the steps below:
- Contact the Hypercare Customer Success (CS) team: The organization administrator should reach out to Hypercare support to express interest in enabling or disabling DirSync for your organization.
- Discuss the information with the CS team: The CS team will understand the third party directory that the organization is using.
- Coordinate with Hypercare Team for Field Mapping: Work with the Hypercare team to map the necessary fields between the external directory and Hypercare. This is a crucial step to ensure that the correct information is synced from the external directory onto Hypercare.
- Monitor and Review: After DirSync is enabled, monitor the synchronization process to ensure that it is working as expected. If there are any issues or discrepancies, please report them to the Hypercare support team.
