Administrators can now control how users authenticate in Hypercare. This flexibility supports stronger security policies and ensures the login experience fits your organization’s needs.
More Control Over How Users Log In
Organizations can allow users to log in using:
Password
One-Time Code (OTP) sent to their email
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Admins can set login rules for:
The entire organization, or
Individual users who may require different authentication methods
How to Edit a User’s Login Scope
Open the user’s profile:
Navigate to the Users section in the Admin Dashboard and select the user you want to update.Scroll down to the Danger Zone section and locate “Update Login Method”.
Select the allowed login methods you want to enable for the user (Password, OTP, or SSO).
Click "Update" to save your changes.
