As an Admin, you will be able to invite users to join the organization on Hypercare. This will allow you to manage for influx of members in your organization and ensure that each member can utilize the features on Hypercare to assist with communication and care coordination. For added control, you can enable Admin Approvals which will require an admin's permission before the new user can join your organization.
Inviting New Users
New users can be defined as individuals who do not currently have a Hypercare account. To invite a new user into your organization, please follow the subsequent steps:
- Visit https://admin.hypercare.com/ and login to your account.
- Click on the "Add User" icon located to the right of your screen.
- A pop-up menu will appear, click on the "Create a New User" tab.
- Fill out the missing areas on the template including the desired username, first and last name, email address, phone number, and role.
- Click on the "Shell Account" checkbox if you are creating an account for a user who does not plan on using Hypercare. This will be an important feature to ensure that their contact information will appear to other members on Hypercare.
- You can also enter a date range of when this new users will be active by entering a date in License Start Date and License End Date (optional) field.
- Click on "Create Account".
When creating a new account they will receive an email containing their username and a temporary password. It is important that the new user is encouraged to change their password for security purposes.
Inviting Existing Hypercare Users
Existing Hypercare users can be defined as individuals who already have a Hypercare account (either from another organization or they have recently created an account). To invite an existing Hypercare user into your organization, please follow the subsequent steps:
- Visit https://admin.hypercare.com/ and login to your account
- Click on the "Add User" icon located to the right of your screen.
- A pop-up menu will appear, click on the "Send an Invitation" tab.
- Type in the user's email address or phone number, they will receive instructions on joining the organization on Hypercare.
- Click on the "Send Invites" icon.
Accepting New Users With Admin Approval
Any active user is able to invite someone else to their organization. To prevent potential security issues an org admin can enable Admin Approval. When Admin Approval is enabled a user with admin status will be needed to accept all new users who are invited to the org.
- Visit https://admin.hypercare.com/ and login to your account.
- Click on the Pending Invites tab.
- Click on the Action button next to the name of the user
- Select the desired action of Approve, View Invite Details, or Reject
Note that rejecting a user will blacklist them from future invitations
