To remove a user from an organization, begin by logging into the Admin Portal.
NOTE: Only Org Admins can remove members from an organization. Department admins and site admins can only remove users from a department or site, respectively.

How to remove Managed Users
When removing a Managed User from Hypercare with an organization with Directory Sync, it is highly recommended that the organization's IT team to remove the user from the organization's active directory. This will result in the User to be automatically be removed from Hypercare. It is not recommended that the User is removed in Hypercare's Admin Portal, as the next sync of the directory could create a new account for the User.
How to remove Unmanaged Users
When removing an Unmanaged User from Hypercare with an organization with Directory Sync:
- Login to the Admin Portal on a web browser.
- Select the correct organization, site, or department you wish to remove a user from. This can be seen in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select the 'Users' tab at the top of the page.
- Find the User's profile you would like to remove. You also have the ability to search for the user by name or job title.
- Click into the desired User's profile.
- Scroll down to 'Danger Zone' and click 'Remove from Organization'.
How to Remove a Member of an Organization WITHOUT Directory Sync
- Login to the Admin Portal on a web browser.
- Select the correct organization, site, or department you wish to remove a user from. This can be seen in the top left corner of the screen.
- Find the User's profile you would like to remove. You also have the ability to search for the user by name or job title.
- Click into the desired User's profile.
- Click 'Remove Member'.
