How do I search through my messages?

Searching Through All Chats

Users can search through all messages across all chats by utilizing the universal search bar. To search all chats, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Hypercare app.
2. Tap on the  icon located on leftmost portion of the bottom toolbar.
3. Tap on the search bar located on the top of the screen. Type in the content that you wish to search for.
4. Tap on the  icon located in the bottom right corner of your keyboard. 
5. Choose either the "Users & Groups" or "Messages" tab below the search bar depending on whether you are looking for specific users or groups, or if you're searching for particular messages. Matches are sorted based on recency.
6. Tap on the conversation and message that you wish to view. The app will automatically locate the entirety of the message. The keyword/(s) that you have entered will be highlighted in yellow.

Searching Through a Specific Conversation

By searching through messages within a specific conversation, users can search for keywords or content in a conversation with a specific member in their organization. To search in a conversation, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Hypercare app.
2. Tap on the  icon located on the leftmost portion of the bottom toolbar.
3. Tap on the conversation that you wish to search through.
4. Tap on the chat name located at the top of your conversation to open "Chat Setting".
5. Tap on  located on the bottom of your "Chat Setting".
6. Type the content that you would like to search into the search bar.
7. Tap on the  icon located on the bottom right corner of your keyboard. Matches are sorted based on recency. 
8. Tap on the specific message that you would like to view. The app will automatically locate the entirety of the message. The keyword/(s) that you have entered will be highlighted in yellow.
