For users affiliated with multiple organizations on Hypercare, checking unread messages has been made simpler with the new notification count feature. You can view the count of unread messages in in your "Chats" tab.
To view your unread messages count, follow the steps below:
- Open the Hypercare app.
- Tap on your organization menu located on the top centre of your screen.
- Scroll through the list of organizations you are associated with. The count for unread messages will be prominently displayed in red next to each respective organization.
