If you have been away from the app, shifted roles, or accumulated a large backlog of unread notifications, your chat history list can become cluttered. To help you refresh your inbox, Hypercare allows you to request a bulk "Mark as Read" update for your historical messages.
Hypercare is a secure, compliant healthcare communication platform, so this action modifies database metadata. Therefore, a formal request form is required to process this change.
Important Considerations Before You Request
Before submitting a request, please review the following critical compliance and operational details:
Review Your Chats First: You must manually review your active chats and messages before submitting this request to ensure you have acted upon those messages appropriately based on clinical or institutional need.
Irreversible Action: Once our support team processes this request, it cannot be undone.
Audit Trail & Metadata: The metadata for these messages will be permanently updated to a "Read" status in our database. The recorded timestamp will reflect the exact date and time Hypercare processes the request. Any future compliance or legal metadata reports will show these messages as "Read".
How to Request a Bulk "Mark as Read"
Fill out the form in its entirety and submit to support@hypercare.com for processing. Note, a signature from your organization's Hypercare Administrator is required. If you do not know who your organization's administrator is, this can be provided by the Hypercare Support team.
