To communicate:
Hypercare has integrated various features to enable users to communicate with their preferred method (instant messaging, SMS, voice call, email, pager). Please note that some of these methods will only be available if the recipient has shared their full contact information on the app. To view the various methods of communication, follow the steps below:
- Open the Hypercare app and tap on located at the bottom of your screen.
- Use the search function or scroll through your contacts to find the member you wish to communicate with. Tap on their profile to continue.
- Tap on Message if you wish to send the recipient a direct message over Hypercare.
- Tap on SMS if you wish to send the recipient an SMS message.
- Tap on Phone if you wish to contact the recipient directly over the phone by calling them.
- Tap on Email if you wish to send the recipient a direct email.
- Tap on Pager if you wish to send the recipient a page. You will be prompted to input a callback number.

Hypercare has introduced an improved Web App feature, granting organization admins easier access to view all contact information within a user profile. This enhancement enables admins to conveniently access a user's private information directly from the Web App without the need to navigate back to the admin portal.
If you are an admin of an organization and you're using the Web App, you will now have the capability to seamlessly access and review a user's private information, streamlining the process of interacting with user data. This feature is designed to enhance the overall user experience and facilitate efficient management of organizational data within the Hypercare platform.
How Can Organization Admins View Private Information from the Web App?
Organization admins can easily access a user's private information on the Web App in two simple ways, either via the On-Call tab or the Contacts tab. Follow the steps below for each method:
To view a user's private contact information via the On-Call Tab:
- Open the Hypercare web-based app and tap on located in the top right corner.
- Select the relevant Department name to view the On-Call person.
- Click on the name of the On-Call person, and their profile will automatically display their private information.
To view a user's private contact information via the Contacts Tab:
- Open the Hypercare web-based app and tap on located in the top right corner.
- Use the search area to look for the name of the On-Call person.
- Click on the name of the On-Call person, and their profile will automatically reveal their private information.
