With regards to traditional paging methods, it may be difficult to know if pages have been received and/or acknowledged by the corresponding recipient. Hypercare recognizes that this can be extremely frustrating, inefficient, and unsafe for clinical practice as it resembles a game of "phone tag".
To ensure that messages have been delivered to the intended recipient on Hypercare, your message will be displayed in blue.
To ensure that your message has been acknowledged by the recipient on Hypercare, a "Seen By…" text will appear underneath the message you’ve sent.
To view more information about a specific message, follow the steps below:
- Open the Hypercare app.
- Navigate to the desired chat using the "Chats" icon located at the bottom of your screen. Select the designated chat you wish to open to view the message.
- Press and hold the message you wish to learn more about. When the popup list appears, select "Message Detail". Here, you can access information about the desired message in greater detail including:

- The date at which the message was sent
- The timestamp on the message
- The name of the sender
- Group members who have read the message
- Group members who have received the message
