Currently, Hypercare does not have a feature that directly forwards messages to other members of the organization. To traditionally forward a message, follow the steps below:
- Open the Hypercare app and tap on the Chats
icon located on the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.
- Open the desired chat and locate the message that you wish to forward.
- Hold down on the message until a pop-up appears at the bottom of your screen.
- Select "Copy".
- Select the "Back" icon located at the top left-hand corner of the screen to return to your main Chat page.
- Locate and select the chat that you wish to forward the copied message to.
- Hold down on the
text box located at the bottom of your screen, and select "Paste".
- Tap the arrow icon to send the message. This message will be a duplicate of the message that you sent in your previous chat.

- Open the desired chat from the list of chats on the left side of your screen and locate the message that you wish to forward.
- Highlight and right click on the message you wish to copy.
- Select "Copy" from the list of options.
- Alternatively you can use keyboard shortcuts. Press the "command" + "C" buttons (on a Mac) or the "Ctrl" + "C" buttons (on Windows).
- Open the desired chat from the list of chats on the left side of your screen and locate the chat you wish to forward the copied message into.
- Right click on the
text box and select "Paste" from the list of options.
- Alternatively you can use keyboard shortcuts. Press the "command" + "V" buttons (on a Mac) or the "Ctrl" + "V" buttons (on Windows).
- Tap the arrow icon or press "return" (on a Mac) or "Enter" (on Windows) to send the message. This message will be a duplicate of the message that you sent in your previous chat.
