To set up a group chat:
As patient care requires immense collaboration efforts between various interdisciplinary staff members, Hypercare allows users to create custom group chats to streamline the communication process and facilitate decision-making. To set up a group chat, please follow the subsequent steps:

Open the Hypercare app and select the Chats
icon.

Tap on
at the top right corner of the screen, where you will be redirected to the “Start New Chat” interface.

Select the
text box to search for the appropriate members that you would like to add to your new group chat. You may also scroll on this page to search for members.
- Select members that you would like to add to your new group by selecting on the radio button next to their name. A
mark will appear in the radio button once the member has been selected.

Once all members are selected, press "Start".
Note: You can access the "Chat Settings" by tapping on the "!" icon at the top right corner of the group chat. Here you can view a list of all active members in the group. You can also add a member, promote admins, or change the group title.
