Customizable templated messages allow for organizations to create a library of templates where appearance, input fields, and required replies can all be set based on the preference and workflow needs of the organization.
Please note that customizable templates must be created by our internal Hypercare team. To access and send a templated messages, please follow the subsequent steps:
- Open a chat with the appropriate member of the organization.
- Select the “+” icon located in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Select “Templated Message” from the menu.
- Select the desired template from the list of options.
- Fill in the required fields as listed and select “Next”.
- Set the priority level (if applicable) and select “Review Request”
- Review the information inputted and select “Next” .
- Click “Send Request”.
