If you belong to multiple organizations, there are a few ways to login and switch between your accounts. This guide shows how to add, access, and switch between your accounts—whether you use the same or different emails for each.

🔑 Logging Into Multiple Accounts At Once
Open the Hypercare app or go to app.hypercare.com, then tap Get Started. You have two login options:
Option 1: Log in by Email
Note: This is the quickest way for you to discover all accounts linked to a specific email
- Enter your email address and tap Next
- You’ll be prompted to log in using:
- SSO (Single Sign-On), or
- A one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your email
- Once authenticated, you’ll see a list of all accounts associated with that email. Then you can click Log In.
- After logging in, you’ll see a list of accounts linked to that email:
- Some accounts will be ready to use - you just need to click on it to access the account
- Others may say “Signed out” - tap on the account and you’ll be prompted to log in separately for that specific account
Why are some accounts signed in and others are not?
- Even if you have the same email included across multiple accounts, each organization may have different login requirements or SSO setups
- As such, if the login method you used covers that specific organization, the account will be signed in automatically
- If not, you’ll need to complete that account’s login separately.
Option 2: Manually log into a specific organization
Use this if you want to log into one organization at a time or if your accounts use different emails
- Search for the organization name or enter its URL
- Enter your email and click Next
- You’ll be prompted to log in using:
- SSO (Single Sign-On), or
- A one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your email
- Password

🔑 Adding More Accounts After You’ve Already Logged In
You can add additional accounts anytime, either from within the app or from the login screen.
Option 1: From within an account (you are already logged into)
- Click the organization name at the top of the screen
- In the dropdown, click on + Add or Create another account
- A pop-up will appear to ask if you’re on a shared device:
- Yes, remove & continue - removes all saved accounts from device
- No, continue adding - keeps existing saved accounts and adds another
- You will go through the login process again:
- Enter your email to find linked accounts
- Or manually search for and log into a specific organization
- Once you complete the steps, you’ll be taken directly into that account you just logged into
- You can then switch between your accounts by clicking on the organization name at the top of the screen to see a list of saved accounts you can toggle between
Option 2: From the "Who’s Using Hypercare?" Screen
- Click on + Add or Create another account
- A pop-up will appear to ask if you’re on a shared device:
- Yes, remove & continue - removes all saved accounts from device
- No, continue adding - keeps existing saved accounts and adds another
- You will go through the login steps again:
- Enter your email to find linked accounts
- Or manually search for and log into a specific organization
- Once you complete the steps, you’ll be taken directly into that account you just logged into
