If your organization uses shared devices, you may have 1 shared account on the device or can log in to multiple accounts on a shared device.
Note: on shared devices, different accounts may stay available on the device even if the account is logged out
- If you want to remove an account on the device, you should log out and remove the account from the device

Tip: if your organization uses Single Sign On (SSO), ensure when the SSO pop-up comes up on your device that you are able to enter your organization’s credentials affiliated with your account.
To troubleshoot: try clearing your cache or browser history on your device if you are unable to log into with your credentials successfully via the SSO pop-up.
