⚙️ How to Log Out of Your Account
Logging out ends your session but keeps the account saved, so you can easily sign back in without re-entering your email.
To log out from within your account:
- Go to Settings (mobile) or click your name in the top-right corner (web)
- Select Logout
- A pop-up will give you two options:
- Logout - signs you out but keeps the account saved
- Logout & remove - signs you out AND removes the account from the saved accounts list (read more about this in the section below on How to Remove a Saved Account)
- After you “Logout” (as per step 3 above), you will land on the “Who’s using Hypercare?” screen
- This will show a list of saved accounts on your device or browser, showing which ones are currently signed out or signed in
- If you are part of only one organization, you will only see one account on this list.
- If you are part of multiple organizations, you will see several accounts on this list.
⚙️ How to Remove a Saved Account
Removing a saved account means your device/browser won’t remember it, and you’ll need to log in using your email address and follow the login process again.
On shared devices, it’s recommended to remove saved accounts after logging out for added security and to protect your organization’s information.
Option A: From the “Who’s using Hypercare?” screen:
- Click on Manage accounts on this device/browser
- You will see the list of saved accounts and have 2 options:

(A) Remove a single account by clicking on the “X” beside the account you want to remove
- If the account is signed out, click Remove
- If the account is still signed in, you’ll be asked again:
- Logout - signs you out but keeps the account saved
- Logout & remove - signs you out AND removes the account from the saved accounts list
- (B) Remove all saved accounts by clicking on Remove all accounts on this device/browser and then click Remove to confirm

Option B: From within your account
- Click on the organization name at the top of the screen
- Click on Manage accounts on this device/browser
- You will see the list of saved accounts and have have 2 options:

(A) Remove a single account by clicking on the “X” beside the account you want to remove
- If the account is signed out, click Remove
- If the account is still signed in, you’ll be asked again:
- Logout - signs you out but keeps the account saved
- Logout & remove - signs you out AND removes the account from the saved accounts list
- (B) Remove all saved accounts by clicking on Remove all accounts on this device/browser and then click Remove to confirm
