How can a user order their own contact methods by preference level?

The order preference of contacts shows the order of your personal contact information on your profile and which order you wish to be contacted outside of Hypercare (e.g. pager, mobile, email). Users can rank the order on their profile. By ranking your contact methods, it changes the order your contacts are seen by others who look at your profile. 

To do this, first log into your Hypercare account and navigate to your Profile. Under the “Additional Contact Methods” there should be a list of your current contacts, such as different emails and phone numbers, linked to your Hypercare account. These can be ranked by dragging the contact methods in your preferred order.

iOS - Ordering Contacts by Preference Level

1. Navigate to your Settings and select the top bar that has your name and account information to open your Profile.
2. Under the “Additional Contact Methods” there should be a list of your current contacts, such as different emails and phone numbers, linked to your Hypercare account. Hold the bars on the right and drag the contacts into the order you wish.
3. Click Done when complete.

Android - Ordering Contacts by Preference Level

1. Navigate to your Settings and select the top bar that has your name and account information to open your Profile.
2. Under the "Additional Contact Methods" there should be a list of your current contacts, such as different emails and phone numbers, linked to your Hypercare account. Hold the bars on the right and drag the contacts into the order you wish.
3. Click Done when complete.

Web - Ordering Contacts by Preference Level

1. Log in to your account and navigate to your profile in the top right corner. Click on your name and select "View Profile" from the drop down menu that appears.
2. Under the "Additional Contact Methods" there should be a list of your current contacts, such as different emails and phone numbers, linked to your Hypercare account. Select the pen icon and bars on the left should appear. This will allow you to drag the contacts into the order you wish.
3. Click "Update Profile" when complete.
