NOTE: If your account is SSO-enabled, you will have to contact your organization IT to reset your hospital login password.
Forgot Your Password?
If you forgot your password and/or are currently logged out and need to reset it, please follow the steps below:
1. Open your Hypercare app. On the “Who’s using Hypercare?” screen, tap the account you want to log into. There may be a signed out status with an exclamation mark beside it.
2. This will open the “Enter password” screen. Tap on Forgot your password?
3. This will open the “Check your email” screen, indicating that an email has been sent to your associated email address with a link to reset your password.
4. Check your email inbox for the link. Click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Need to change your password?
If you remember your password and/or are currently logged in but want to change your password, please follow the steps below:
1. Open your Hypercare app. Tap on Settings (gear icon in bottom left corner).
2. Tap on Change Password.
3. You will be prompted to enter your old password and a new password. Password requirements include:
a minimum length of 8 characters
at least 1 special character (!, @, $, %, *, _)
4. Tap the Submit button once you have completed filling out these fields.
