As of April 15, 2024, Hypercare will require all Users to have a verified email address attached to their profile to ensure uninterrupted access to the platform. It is also highly recommended that a phone number is added to your profile for additional security and verification purposes. This is part of Hypercare's ongoing efforts to enhance security and user experience.
To add an email address and mobile number:
- Click on your Profile. On Web, this can be located in the top right-hand corner, and click on View Profile. On our Mobile Apps, this is located under Settings, and click on your Name and Job Title at the top.
- Add an Email Address and Mobile Number under Additional Contact Methods. Please enter a valid email address and proceed through the verification steps fully to ensure the email is added to your profile successfully. To add an optional mobile number, you can add additional contact methods.
