To share the call schedules with the rest of the department and potentially locating/switchboard all you have to do is publish.
This will send out an excel formatted sheet with all the call schedules to everyone part of your department (if they have an email associated).
To publish, head to the top right of the schedule and press publish.
Warnings:
- If your colleagues in your department don't have Hypercare accounts or have a shell account with an email part of your department, they will not get an excel sheet of the on-call schedule
- In order for your switchboard operators to be subscribed to the on-call schedule, please contact support@hypercare.com
Note:
- Any changes made to the schedule after it is published will result in updated excel sheets for the entire department
