An administrator of an organization can quickly view and edit on-call schedules. This tutorial will teach you where the on-call schedules are located while the other tutorials will teach you how to configure and set them up.
- To view and edit on-call schedules, head to the admin dashboard at https://admin.hypercare.com. In order to head into the scheduling module, you must first go to the department whose schedule you want to view. NOTE: If you are not an administrator of a site, department, or organization you will not be able to access the admin dashboard. If this is an error, please contact your organizational admin or the IT department managing Hypercare to resolve your admin login issues.
- To create a schedule ensure that all the users are in the correct department. Click on Users then Add User
- Search and select the users who will be serving the upcoming schedule and click Add to Department.
- Click on Schedules.
3. To create a new on-call role press the Create New Role button on the top right of your screen.
4. To create a new role you can input:

Role Name: What others see when they attempt to search the role

Start Time/End Time: When the role starts and ends

24 hour shift (Checkbox): Whether the role is 24 hours. If so, it will auto fill your end time

This is a required shift (Checkbox): Whether the role is mandatory to be filled.

Repeat: Whether the role is repeated Daily, Weekdays, Weekends

5. Add a clinician onto multiple shifts of a role and then click Create Roles

- To put clinicians on the on-call shift:

Role: The on-call role

Name: The name of the clinician you want to put on-call

Start Time/End Time: When the clinician will be on-call during that period.

6. When all users have been added to the schedule click Publish Schedule
7. Review the conflict checking prompt as some users may appear in other schedules around the hospital then select the notification option that the schedule should adhere to for the entire month in case there are any schedule changes.
- Notify affected members only (suggested)—will automatically send out an email notification to only those users On-Call for the month's schedule you have published.
- Notify all members—will automatically send out an email notification to all users of the department whether they are on the On-Call roster for that month.
- Don't notify anyone—will not send out automatic email notifications to anyone.
