Some organizations use a secure login system called Single Sign-On (SSO).
- This means you’ll sign in through your organization’s own login page
- If your organization uses SSO, you’ll be automatically redirected to their sign-in page after you enter your email
Not sure if your organization uses SSO? No problem - start by following the steps in this article
- If you're not redirected, your organization likely uses the regular email and password login instead

🔐 Steps to Log In With SSO
- Open the Hypercare app on your phone or go to app.hypercare.com in a web browser.
- Tap “Get Started.”
- On the next screen, confirm your region is correct
- Choose how to log in:
Option A: Enter your email
- Type your email address and tap Next
- You’ll be sent to your organization’s SSO login page
- Sign in with your usual organization credentials
Depending on your account:
- If your email is linked to one organization, you’ll go straight into your account
- If it's linked to multiple organizations, you’ll see a list
- Tap Login to pick which one to enter
- You may need to log in to others separately
Option B: Click “Manually log into an organization”
- Search for your organization by name or enter its login URL if you have it
- Enter your email, then tap Next
- You’ll be redirected to your organization’s SSO login page to sign in
- Once signed in, you’ll be taken to your account
- If you are part of multiple organizations, you’ll see a list and can choose which one to enter. You’ll be able to switch between them easily from within the app.
