Roles Notes are a Hypercare feature that are specific notes linked to on-call roles in an organization’s scheduling system. Administrators can use these role notes to provide additional context for on-call roles.
Role notes can have two visibility settings.
- PUBLIC: viewable by all staff
- PRIVATE: restricted to administrators only (including department, site and organization administrators)
The purpose of role notes is to be a means of conveying crucial details or updates related to on-call roles, ensuring that department staff can access essential information pertaining to their responsibilities.
Role notes are conveniently accessible within the scheduling system by selecting the relevant on-call department and role, facilitating improved communication and awareness in the organization’s scheduling processes.
These notes can be found under the On-Call section of the app. Once you have selected On-Call, choose the specific department and the notes will be listed under each respective on-call role.
