On iOS, you can easily check if an on-call role has important information that you should be aware of by following these steps:
- Select the Relevant Department: Navigate to the "On-call" section. Select the site, department, and dates to view on-call roles.
- Viewing Role Notes: Click on the “” button to expand the admin notes specific to the role
- Review the Admin Notes: The role notes are important information that has been added by administrators. This information may include specific instructions, contact details, or any updates related to the on-call role.
Keep in mind that only public notes will be visible to non-admin users. If there are no public notes for a role, the admin's notes section will not appear.
On Android, you can easily check if an on-call role has important information that you should be aware of by following these steps:

On the Web platform, you can easily check if an on-call role has important information that you should be aware of in two ways:
A. Under “On-call” Section
- Select the Relevant Department: Navigate to the "On-call" section. Select the site and department to view on-call roles.
- View notes: By default, all the note section are expanded and will only collapse when you click the arrow icon
B. Under “Schedule” Section
Using List view:
- Navigate to the "Schedule" section, then select “List View”.
- Select the site and department to view on-call schedules.
- On the department schedule, the corresponding roles notes are displayed directly underneath the role.
- View full information: Hover on the note to see the full content if you see a "... "sign at the end of the note.
Using Calendar view:
- Navigate to the "Schedule" section, then select “Calendar”.
- Select the site and department to view on-call schedules.
- ‘Sticky Notes’ sign: Roles with notes will have a ‘’ sign next to it. Hovering your mouse on it will display the full notes
