Typically, only users who are directly involved in the conversation/chat will have access to message content. However, there can be certain exceptions, depending on the organizational agreement with Hypercare. This may include:
- Certain organizations enable export of Hypercare Form (templated message) content for reporting and auditing purposes. For example, some Hypercare clients use these forms for verbal orders, and they are audited periodically to ensure that its use comply with institutional policies
- In very rare instances where there is a need for review of a critical incident or response to medicolegal action. Hypercare has a very strict information release policy and process, which includes informing the affected user(s) and requires sign-off from leadership and privacy officers of the organization
Hypercare employees do not interact with your message data.
Keep in mind that only data within the data retention period will be accessible, which is determined by the organization. Any message data beyond this period will be deleted permanently.
For example, some organizations have set a data retention policy for 1 year. This means that any messages sent more than 1 year ago will be permanently deleted and not retrievable.
