Welcome! Follow these quick steps to get ready to use Hypercare on your iPhone.
#1 - Create Your Account
Choose the option that applies to you:
- Regular Account (non-SSO) – create an account with your email + password
- 👉 Signing up for a New Hypercare Account - if you were given an organization code
- SSO Account – your account is created automatically when you first sign in with your organization’s login
#2 - Configure Notifications
Ensure that notifications are configured to allow you to be alerted for all messages, especially critical ones.

#3 - Turn Off Auto-Updates
Disable automatic iOS updates to avoid disruption during on-call periods, especially overnight.
