Note: If you are wearing an Apple Watch that is paired with your device, the notification sounds will automatically default to the watch. You can turn off notifications to the Apple Watch in order to hear the tones on your phone, which will be much louder.
Configuring Lock Screen Notifications
If you're seeing this pop-up and can't get rid of it, click on Open Settings -> Notifications.
If you don't see the pop-up but want to change your notification settings, go to your iPhone Settings App -> Hypercare -> Notifications.
Make sure that your settings look the same as the image below. This will ensure that notifications will come through to your phone reliably and that other people won't be able to see your message content on your lock screen.
Customizing Sound and Volume for Regular, Urgent and Stat notifications
Users often want to to change reminders, notification sounds and volume for their Hypercare notifications to make them more distinct.
To do so, open up your Hypercare app and go to Settings and tap Notification Settings.
Unmasking Notifications
1. Go to your device Settings and find the app, Hypercare and tap into the app's settings. Tap into Notifications.
2. Tap into Show Preview under Lock Screen Appearance and select Always under Show Previews

As there are many different types of Android devices, this article aims to provide general suggestions and guidance on how you can set up the appropriate settings on your Android device to ensure you receive Hypercare notifications.

Configuring Lock Screen Notifications
If you're seeing this pop-up and can't get rid of it, click on Open Settings and tap on Lock Screen.
If you don't see the pop-up but want to change your notification settings anyways, go to your Android Phone Settings App -> Notifications -> Hypercare -> Notification categories
This will pull up the option to change the sounds of In-App, Regular, Stat and Urgent Notifications.
To Hide Content, select each notification individually and toggle on “Hide Content” on your lock screen to keep sensitive information secure.
Customizing Sound and Volume for Regular, Urgent and Stat Notifications
Users often want to change reminders, notification sounds and volume for their Hypercare notifications to make them more distinct.
To customize notifications on most Android devices:
- Go to your phone settings -> click Apps -> click Hypercare -> click Notifications.
- Open the 4 different types of notifications: Regular, In App, Stat, Urgent to customize them.
- Make sure to allow Stat and Urgent notifications to Ignore Do not disturb as shown below
To customize notifications on some Samsung devices:
- Go to your phone settings -> search and click on Notifications -> click Advanced Settings -> click Notification Categories - > select the Hypercare app.
- Open the 4 different types of notifications: Regular, In App, Stat, Urgent to customize them.
- Make sure to allow Stat and Urgent notifications to Ignore Do not disturb as shown below.
If you are not seeing the option for notification categories, follow these steps to enable them.
Setting > Notifications > Advanced settings > Managed notifications categories for each app
I am still getting the pop-up in Hypercare to adjust my notification settings on my Android device. What should I do?

Ensure you are customizing Sound, Volume, Lock Screen, Do Not Disturb for each of the notification types (Regular, Urgent and Stat Notifications).
- Some Android devices require you to change the Lock Screen setting to Show Content or Show Content When Unlocked.
- You may need to also adjust your Do Not Disturb settings to enable Hypercare notifications. See video walkthrough below for reference.
