Overview
Backup notifications is a feature that ensures you stay informed about incoming Hypercare messages if you are logged out from your mobile devices. They are sent as SMS/text messages to users when:
- you are not logged into any mobile device,
- and you have a phone number on your profile
NOTE: Backup notifications are different from safeguard notifications.
Appearance
Backup SMS messages will not contain any PHI, it will simply serve as a reminder that someone is trying to message you on the Hypercare app.
