These are the voice messages that will be played when someone calls the virtual pager number. You can use our default audio but could also choose to upload or record your own.
Callers should hear your message asking for their callback option as soon as they dial this number. Additionally, you can configure your virtual pager to also allow for External Callers to leave a voicemail, which Users often use to obtain more information from their callers.
To configure, following these steps:
- Click on the Audio Handling section of the configuration page to open it. By default, Hypercare's call back audio has been selected for you. If you'd like to use your own audio, click ‘Add new call back message’ or select existing audios from the dropdown menu
- The option to "Ask callers to leave a voicemail" is not mandatory. This is only activated when an Admin configuring the pager clicks the "+" button. In this section, the default message will be Hypercare's default voice message. You can customize the voice message by uploading your own or using the built-in text-to-speech functionality.
