An example of Hypercare's Virtual Pager workflow is allowing a patient or colleague to call a phone number, leave a call back number and then leave a voicemail with more information around the reason for the call:
- Patient's first name, last name, date of birth, reason for call, etc.
This results in a message via Hypercare to the on-call physician with a call-back number and an audio file containing the voicemail left by the patient. The Hypercare user can then listen to the audio file, understand the reason for the page and then call back via the call back number sent by the patient.
