We understand that it can be quite challenging to remember the variations of your username(s) and password(s) across different technology platforms. To ensure that your login process is efficient and hassle-free, please follow the subsequent steps to regain quick access to your Hypercare account.
Forgot My Username
To login to Hypercare, you can enter either your username or email. Your username will also be displayed in the Hypercare app under the "Settings" screen. To make logging into your Hypercare account easier, your username will auto-populate on the login screen.
Please note: If you have forgotten your username and it has not saved to your login screen, please contact your organization's Admin or Hypercare for additional support.
Forgot My Password
- Open your Hypercare app to the main login screen.
- Tap on "Forgot Password?" underneath the password text box, a pop-up screen will appear.
- Type in your username into the text field.
- Tap on the "Next" icon located on the top right corner of your screen.
- You will receive a password reset code via SMS. Please enter the code into the text field.
- Tap on the "Next" icon located on the top right corner of your screen.
- Type in a new password that meets the requirements (8 or more characters, at least 1 special character !, @, $, %, *, _).
- Tap on the "Done" icon located on the top right corner of your screen.
- You will be automatically logged into your Hypercare account.
Please note: If you are unable to reset you password following the above instructions, please call your organization's Admin or Hypercare Support to manually reset your password.

- Click on the "Finish" icon located.
- You will now be prompted to login to your account with your new password.
