To ensure that our users do not miss important messages on Hypercare, our team has developed a back-end algorithm which detects if a Hypercare message wasn't delivered. An SMS message will then be sent to the recipients of the message to notify users that a message is waiting for them on Hypercare.
Currently, users are unable to disable the SMS messages from Hypercare. We are working diligently with our design and engineering team to develop additional features and improve your user experience. If you do not wish to receive these SMS messages, you can "Block" or "Mute" messages from the number +1(844)688-9868. Please stay tuned for upcoming changes!
