"Favouriting" On-call Roles
The "favourite" feature represented by a star, allows users to easily identify on-call roles with which they commonly contact thereby, minimizing the need to manually search for the role.
To "favourite" an on-call role, please follow the subsequent steps:
- Open the Hypercare app.
- Tap on the
icon on the bottom toolbar to access "Locating". Here, you can view all the departments listed in your organization.
- Tap on a department to view today's on-call schedule.
- Tap on the star icon next to the on-call role to "favourite" the role. Roles that you have previously favourited will populate at the top of your "Locating" screen under "Favourites".
