This article only pertains to you if you are part of multiple organizations on Hypercare.
Hypercare now includes a notification count next to the specified organization. For users who may belong to multiple organizations, you can view the count of unread messages that are waiting in your "Chats".
To view your unread messages count, please follow the subsequent steps:
- Open the Hypercare app.
- Tap on your organization menu located on the top centre of your screen.
- Scroll through the organizations that you are apart of. The count for unread messages will be displayed in red next to the appropriate organization.
