To communicate:
Hypercare has integrated various features to enable users to communicate with their preferred method (instant messaging, SMS, voice call, email, pager). Please note that some of these methods will only be available if the recipient has shared their full contact information on the app. To view the various methods of communication, please follow the subsequent steps:

Open the Hypercare app and tap on
.
- Locate/search for the member that you want to contact and tap on their profile.

Tap on Message
if you want to send the recipient a direct message over Hypercare.
- Tap on SMS if you want to send the recipient an SMS message.

Tap on Phone
if you want to contact the recipient directly over the phone.

Tap on Email
if you want to send the recipient a direct email.

Tap on Pager
if you want to send the recipient a page, you will be prompted to input a callback number.

Hypercare has improved the Web App feature for organization admins to make it easier for them to view all contact information listed under a user profile. If you are an admin of an organization and you’re in the web app you will be able to see a user's private information without needing to go back to the admin portal. This feature makes it more convenient for organizations to interact with the user data without having to log into the admin portal.
How can Organization Admin view Private Information from the Web App?
There are two ways to view a user's private information while using the Web App: via the On-Call tab or the Contacts tab
To view a user's private contact information via the On-Call Tab:
- Click on the On-Call tab
- Click on the Department name to view the On-Call person
- Click on the On-Call person’s name and their profile will automatically reveal their private information
To view a user's private contact information via the Contacts Tab:
- Click on the Contacts tab
- In the search area, search for the On-Call person’s name
- Click on the On-Call person’s name and their profile will automatically reveal their private information
