At this time, you are only allowed to archive chats that you're apart of. The Archive feature allows users to store selected messages in a separate folder. Chats that have been archived are not visible under the normal chats
interface. To archive a chat, please follow the subsequent steps:
- Open the Hypercare app and select on the Chats
icon.
- Locate the chat that you would like to archive and swipe left.
- Select the Archive
icon.
To locate archived messages, please follow the subsequent steps:
- Open the Hypercare app and select on the Chats
icon.
- Select the
button on the top of the interface underneath your organization’s name.
- View all chats that have been archived.
To unarchive messages, please follow the subsequent steps:
- Open the Hypercare app and select on the
icon.
- Select the
button on the top of the interface underneath your organization’s name.
- Locate the chat that you would like to unarchive and swipe left.
- Select the blue unarchive
icon.

To set up a group chat:
As patient care requires immense collaboration efforts between various interdisciplinary staff members, the Hypercare app allows users to create custom group chats to streamline the communication process and facilitate decision-making. To set-up a group chat, please follow the subsequent steps:
- Open the Hypercare app and select the Chats
icon.
- Tap on
at the top right corner of the screen where you will be redirected to the “Start New Chat” interface.
- Select the
text box to search for the appropriate members that you would like to add to your new group chat. You may also scroll on this page to search for members.
- Select members that you would like to add to your new group by selecting on the radio button next to their name. A
will appear in the radio button once the member has been selected.
- You can access the "Chat Settings" by selecting the title of the chat. Here you can view a list of all active members in the group chat. Here you can add, remove, create admins, or change the group title.
- Open the Hypercare app and select on the Chats
icon.
- Locate the chat that you would like to archive and swipe left.
- Select the Archive
icon.

- View all chats that have been archived.

- Open the app.hypercare.com and hover over the chat you want to archive
- Click the arrow pointing down and click Archive Chat
