What is "Locating"?
Hypercare's "Locating" feature acts as a virtual switchboard and is available in our Enterprise Tier solution. It allows staff members of the organization to identify and communicate with on-call specialists in an easy and efficient manner.
Accessing Locating:
To view your organization's on-call schedule, please follow the subsequent steps:
- Tap on the
icon on the bottom toolbar of your mobile device to access the "Locating" feature.
- Select from the list of your organization's departments to view each department's on-call schedule.
- Tap on the on-call role to directly message the on-call practitioner.
