Steps to set the app to "do not disturb":
Although Hypercare strongly recommends turning on app notifications, users may choose to adjust their notification settings based on their professional needs.
- Tap on the "Settings" icon located on your iOS device.
- Tap on Hypercare.
- Tap on “Notifications”.
- Users can turnoff "Allow Critical Alerts" and "Allow Notifications" to achieve "do not disturb" status which disables general notifications and priority messages.

icon on the bottom right corner of the app
- Select “Notification Settings”. You will be redirected to the settings on your mobile device
- Select “Notifications” and customize the settings as desired. Users can turnoff "Priority Notifications" and "In App Notifications" to achieve "do not disturb" status which disables general notifications and priority messages.
- Users can also Customize the notification style in the category page.

Currently, users are unable to disable notifications directly on Hypercare. The notification can be turned off for individual browsers. We are working diligently with the engineering team to allow desktop notifications to be customized. Stay tuned!
