Sending a Priority Message:
Priority messages are useful when members of an organization have urgent needs that need to be communicated and addressed by the appropriate person within a timely manner. Once delivered, the recipient will receive a distinct, audible alert that bypasses their silent and do not disturb mode to get their attention.
- To send a priority message, open the Hypercare app and type the desired message into the chatbox.
- Select the exclamation point “!” so that it is highlighted in yellow and proceed to send the intended message.
- To know if priority messages have been delivered, open the designated chat on the Hypercare app and view the message that you have sent. Priority messages will be highlighted in yellow.
