Hypercare offers free, compliant messaging for all users however, if you or your organization wants to use additional features including auditing, admin controls, locating, on-call scheduling and 24/7 tech support, Hypercare charges a small fee.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, all services will be upgraded to the enterprise plan and will be free during pilot for new and existing users.
