Currently Hypercare does not support self-serve access to audit data. Please contact support@hypercare.com if you need access to our organization's audit trail and we can generate a report.
Self serve audit trail which will come up Q3/Q4 of 2023 will be as following in order to access it:
Hypercare supports the ability for users with certain privileges to view the audit trail of users in the organization through the administrative dashboard. Please note that message content is not displayed in the audit trail, only the metadata.
Metadata that is accessible includes:
- Senders/initiators of the action (e.g. user who sends a text)
- Type of actions performed by users (sending regular messages, priority messages, images, etc)
- Recipients of the actions
- Timestamps of each action (sent/received/read)
