This guide is for anyone creating a new account—whether you're exploring Hypercare or were asked by your organization to sign in.
✅ Steps to Sign Up
- Open the Hypercare app on your mobile device or go to app.hypercare.com on the browser.
- Tap Get Started
- Confirm region is correct
- Enter your email address and tap Next

- If your email is linked to an organization that uses single sign on (SSO):
- You’ll be redirected to your organization’s login page
- Login using your work credentials
- You will be taken directly to your account
- If your email is not SSO-enabled:
- Enter the one-time code sent to your email and continue with the rest of the steps below
- If your email is linked to an organization that uses single sign on (SSO):
- Enter your first name and last name
- Choose between:

Join an existing organization
- Enter the invite code provided by your organization
- Don’t have the code? Reach out to your admin to get it
- Note: This is not the same as the one-time verification code sent to your email earlier

Create a new organization
- If you’re exploring Hypercare, you can create your own organization

Join an existing organization
- Enter your role
- Create a password and you’ll then be signed in, taken to your account and ready to use Hypercare.
Important to note:

- If your workplace asked you to sign in, an organization probably already exists. Don’t create a new one unless you're sure. Instead, check with your organization for an invite code.
- If your organization does not use invite codes, ask your admin to confirm which email you should sign in with and follow the guide “How to Claim a Shell Account”
