STA - Signing up for a New Account

This guide is for anyone creating a new account—whether you're exploring Hypercare or were asked by your organization to sign in.

✅ Steps to Sign Up

1. Open the Hypercare app on your mobile device or go to app.hypercare.com on the browser.
2. Tap Get Started
3. Confirm region is correct
4. Enter your email address and tap Next

• • If your email is linked to an organization that uses single sign on (SSO):
    • You’ll be redirected to your organization’s login page
    • Login using your work credentials 
    • You will be taken directly to your account 
  • If your email is not SSO-enabled:
    • Enter the one-time code sent to your email and continue with the rest of the steps below

5. Enter your first name and last name
6. Choose between:
   • Join an existing organization
     • Enter the invite code provided by your organization
     • Don’t have the code? Reach out to your admin to get it
     • Note: This is not the same as the one-time verification code sent to your email earlier
   • Create a new organization
     • If you’re exploring Hypercare, you can create your own organization
7. Enter your role
8. Create a password and you’ll then be signed in, taken to your account and ready to use Hypercare.

Important to note:

• • If your workplace asked you to sign in, an organization probably already exists. Don’t create a new one unless you're sure. Instead, check with your organization for an invite code.
  • If your organization does not use invite codes, ask your admin to confirm which email you should sign in with and follow the guide “How to Claim a Shell Account”
