STA - How to join an existing organization with work email or access code?

To join an existing organization in Hypercare, you can use either your work email or access code. An email is mandatory for your account whether or not you join an org with a work email or an access code.

iOS - How to join an existing org with your email or access code?

1. Enter the email address associated with your account
2. A verification code will be sent to your email that will need to be typed into Hypercare.
3. If SSO is activated through your org, instead of a code, you will be taken to your organization's sign in page. 
4. If your email is not already linked to an active account, you will be brought to a sign up page. Here you fill out your First and Last name and your Phone Number (optional).
5. If you email is linked to an active account you will be given the option to go back to login and to the "Find my organization" page. 

Note:

• When an organization is created, the domain name of the sign-up email will be automatically linked to the new organization if it is not associated with any other organizations or listed in the public_domains table
• Errors will occur if:
  • The user enters an incorrect organization access code
  • The sign-up email is linked to any active / shell / removed account in the organization
  • The user signs up with a non-SSO email, but the organization does not allow OTP or password login

Web - How to join an existing org with work email or access code?

1. Enter the email address associated with your account

3. If SSO is activated through your org, instead of a code, you will be taken to your organization's sign in page. 
4. If your email is not already linked to an active account, you will be brought to an "About you" page. Here you fill out your First and Last name and your Phone Number (optional).
   1. Then, you will be guided to either a page where you create a password or to join and existing organization. If you join an existing org, you will need to input an access code given to you by your admin. 
5. If you email is linked to an active account you will be given the option to go back to login and to the "Find my organization" page.
