📥 How to Invite Users to the Organization
- Go to admin.hypercare.com
- While on the USERS list, click on ADD USER
- Type in the user’s email address - optional: add a license expiry date
- Press Invite
What happens next:
- A shell account is created for the invited user
- The account will appear in the user list with a “Pending User Acceptance” badge - (this badge disappears once the user completes their sign-in to claim their account)
- The invited user receives an email with instructions to access their account
A few things to note:
- If the email you invite has already been invited and is pending admin approval, it is equivalent to approving the invite
- If the email you invite is attached to a removed account (previous user), it is equivalent to re-inviting the account
📤 How to Remove Users from the Organization
You can remove both active users and pending users from the organization in two ways, shown below.
Option 1: From the User List
- Go to admin.hypercare.com
- While on the USERS list, scroll or use the search bar to find the user’s account that you want to remove
- Click on the Action button on the far right of the user’s name (or email address if they haven’t signed into their account yet) and select Remove from Organization from the dropdown
- A confirmation pop-up will appear: “Remove (user’s name) from “Organization Name?"
- Click Confirm
Option 2: From the User’s Profile
- Click on the user’s name to open their profile page
- Scroll to the bottom and find the Danger Zone section
- Click Remove from organization
- A confirmation pop-up will appear: “Remove (user’s name) from “Organization Name?"
- Click Confirm
