If your organization is not showing up in the "Find My Organization" page when you are trying to manually log in, it is most likely because your organization has opted out of being searchable.
However, here’s a quick troubleshooting step to try:
*Check your Region*
- On the "Find My Organization" screen, ensure the region at the top is set correctly
- If the region is incorrect, tap on it to switch to the correct one and then try searching for your organization again
- If your region is correct and your organization still is not listed, it’s likely your organization has chosen not to be searchable.
