Download Hypercare on Appstore:
Create an account on Hypercare with SSO:
1. After opening the app, press "Login" on the main screen.
2. Click “Click here to switch region” to select your region (United States/ Canada/ EU)
3. Enter your work email address (@name.com) and press Next
4. Press “Continue” to allow Hypercare to use “Auth0.com” to Sign In
5. You will be redirected to your organization login page. Use the same hospital login credentials for your organization domain. For some organizations, the username could be first initial and last name, for some it will be your email. You might be asked to complete additional security measures like two-factor authentication
Note: if the network login fails, please contact your organization IT administrator for support
6. Set your a 6-digit passcode and re-enter the code to confirm it. You will be asked to enter this 6-digit passcode every time you open the app, or when your biometrics fail to protect your patient's health information.
Tip: if you ever forget the passcode, just press “Cancel” on the bottom right (iOS) to login again
7. If you would like to set up notifications on your iOS device, please click here.
8. If you would like to adjust the sound of your alerts and notifications, please click here.
9. Congratulations! You have officially set up an account!

5. Once you have agreed to the Terms and conditions, select "I agree to these terms and conditions" and select "SUBMIT".
6. Congratulations! You have officially set up an account! If you want to chat with someone, select "Start a conversation".
