In accordance with healthcare regulations and best practice advice given to us by legal and regulatory experts, we currently do not allow users to delete messages on the Hypercare app as a default function.

There will be functions that allow users to hide messages from their main chat window to de-clutter from inactive conversations, similar to archiving e-mails. The messages themselves will remain on our secure servers.

We have been approached by a few user groups that want the ability to permanently delete message content from the app and servers. While this can be implemented for your organization from a technical standpoint and would be happy to do so if desired, we still typically do not recommend this policy.
