If you suspect your device is lost or stolen, follow the steps below:

  1. If your device is configured with mobile device management (managed by IT administration), kindly request them to wipe your device. 
  2. If the device is an iPhone attempt to erase it through https://icloud.com. 

3. Reset your password to lock out of the intruder in case they have access to the phone's pin code, and also Hypercare's pin code.
4. Report this incident to your IT department within the organization's policies. We recommend within an hour of the incident.
5. Report this incident to Hypercare support within an hour of the incident. We can help lock out the account, and monitor for suspicious activity.
